Property

The property portfolio at Dalton is what keeps the estate working. We are very proud of the quality of work that our resident workforce and office produce, as can be seen from the high standard of the properties available. We are constantly trying to keep up with the ever-changing regulations whilst ensuring that the properties offered for rent are not only picturesque and full of character but also are practical to live and work in by today’s standards.

Residential Property

A wide range of properties are offered periodically depending on what has become available.

Commercial Property

We have a handful of commercial properties that are let on The Dalton Estate. Currently occupied, both office spaces have been refurbished since the millennium and offer a high level of comfort as well as plenty of parking.

We do not charge any fees as we only let properties for the Estate. The tenants deposits are kept with the TDS protection scheme via Savills who are also members of the Property Redress Scheme.
