| The home farm is run as a partnership between Lord Hotham and Albanwise, the day to day running is administered to by John Aspey the farm manager. The remaining agricultural land is let on Agriculural Holding Act or Farm Business Tenancies |

A variety of crops are grown for sale including Wheat, Oilseed Rape, and Barley. |

The Dalton Estate takes the environment very seriously and has implemented several environmental improvement projects mostly under the Countryside Stewardship Scheme.

Grazing |

| There is also extensive grazing which is let by tender whether it be for ponies, horses or sheep or cattle. This can be let in varying sized plots ranging from parkland to paddocks, depending upon availability. For further details please contact The Estate Office. |
