The Dalton Estate is largely controlled and run by the Hotham Family Trust there is an in house team comprising of joiners, plumber, woodmen, bricklayers, gardener, gamekeepers. It is largely run as a commercial venture selling agricultural produce, timber, shooting and letting houses for rent. The resident land agent S.N.Fairbank MRICS FAAV runs the estate with the back up of FPD Savills.
